We had to wait an extra 10 min. Which defeats the whole idea of ordering ahead and the last 2 acia bowls have been very watery and I’ve even added whey powder.

Nekter tastes great every time, but I do feel the service is lacking at times. Today was no different. I walked in and you can tell it was rather busy. There was a customer waiting at the register for a while and he wasn’t even acknowledged. I waited behind him, although I had ordered online. Another customer was off to the side waiting also. I scooted myself around and waited until the two employees turned around and noticed me. Turns out my order was already ready and was just in the fridge. I think the employees need to do a better job of acknowledging customers. There also should be an effort to call out customers for online orders or have some sort of monitor to show which orders are ready. Employees could have been more welcoming as well.
