I went in today for my free bowl because it was made incorrectly last time. Today, the granola was put in my bowl instead of on the side. It gets mushy and that’s why I order it on the side.

I have scored 10/10 because I did not have to wait for my online order this time, the gentlman was kind and the taste was great. However I will say I have stopped visiting this particular Nektar because this store is typically short staffed, super long wait times and then it ***** when I order something and it does not taste the same. And I'm throwing money away because I can't drink the smoothie I end up throwing it out.

Overall I always have a good experience at this store, however there is only ever one person working and while he does his best to take orders, make drinks and having conversations with guests, it seems like a lot for him. No matter the time of day I’ve gone, I’ve only ever seen him working alone, he needs help so customers can be in and out faster.

I think short staff & you need friendlier employees greeting as you enter your Nekter. Today I went in at 11:20am for online pickup. Employee forgot to put my chia pudding in my bowl and did not tell me just put it in a cup on the side! Then it made me question if she put peanut butter & protein in my bowl. Normally staff is right on it!
