I love this place, the staff if friendly however staff is needed. During busy times the wait time gets LONG as it takes almost 15 minutes per item. I ordered an item at 10:20 and wait time is supposed to be 15 minutes, it’s 11 and I still don’t have my order. This store needs to do better with staffing during busy season.

Good but forgot to include my side of granola. Thankfully I had some at home so it wasn’t as big of a deal.
My items were ready earlier than estimated on the app, which I appreciate. Everything tasted good and very fresh.

This location is the most solid location! I don’t know the guy’s name, but he works til closing and is always so friendly and makes anything I order so perfect every time! I’ve had bad experiences at sierra lakes recently (4 times in a row). Thank you for caring about quality and quantity here, as well as customer service!
