Smoothie was ready when I arrived, and the gal working was very friendly and helpful. I didn't catch her name, but she was very pleasant, other times I've come in staff isn't always as friendly as she was. The smoothie tasted good as usual to.

They forgot to put peanut butter around my cup which is so important about the protein smoothie. Service was phenomenal besides that

Overall, I typically have a great expression, friendly staff, speedy service etc. What I do not have is a consistent tasting smoothie each visit. I’m aware the fruits are fresh and sweetness varies. I wish there was an option to set a level of sweetness. If I want extra agave etc. outside of that no complaints on service and quality.

I ordered ahead online via the mobile app and my drink was ready and the visit was quick. My smoothie was amazing. I’m getting addicted to nektar. It’s nice to have healthy food/drink options near our home.

Smoothie was watered down tasted like pumpkin juice vs pumpkin smoothie , took over 30 minutes after ordering online to get my 1 beverage .

I love Nekter but today was not a good day. Service was great but my smoothie was not. It was watery and had very little flavor. Next time I will take a drink before leaving the store but hopefully it doesn’t happen again because I love this place.

I love coming to this location. The employees are always friendly and the smoothies are perfect.
