I loved it. The variety, the taste and the service. I was stopping as part of a roadtrip and immediately after finishing our smoothie and acai bowl, I looked if there’s a location closer to where we live. Unfortunately there isn’t, but now i know for the next time I see a nekter store!

Not sure if this Nekter is under new management but their açaí bowls have bettered in quality, not only that but you get what you pay for 🤩

I order quite often from Nektar, and always get the same bowls for me and my husband, but every time the bowls look different. For the price of the bowls, they should look like the pictures every time. Employees need to be trained how to properly place fruit and other toppings on top, to make a nice presentation. Most of the time the topping are thrown on top with no thought.

I feel like a common problem with Nektar is staffing. There is usually a long wait because only one person is behind the counter. Today, I placed my order online. It said it would be ready at 1107. I got to the store and waited until about 1110 to go in because I know sometimes takes longer. When I went in, the worker was in the back and came out. I told her I was picking up and she looks at the receipt that was still attached to the printer. She apologizes because she’s been working in the back and quickly made the bowl. If there were a way to fix the staffing issues without prices sky rocketing, that would be great.

Bowls, smoothies, & juice taste great. Love this healthy option for Apple Valley.

My coworkers and I went here and thought service was subpar. We were disappointed when some of the ingredients were out of stock and toppings were missing. We asked for clarification and was told the Mangos for toppings was in the acai itself not as toppings which is not what was advertised or like that in the past times we've gone. We still paid full price with missing toppings in our order.

Mostly good, very friendly staff and on time. I ordered PJ bowl - everything was great but it had only a couple of strawberry slices and was less filled the bowl compared to previous orders.

I enjoy your menu, but your app is kind of confusing. I ordered one smoothie bowl, but I was gonna change to another one, but it wouldn’t highlight for some reason and allow me to choose it so sometimes your app is difficult to use. I would also like the option of Apple Pay on your app like I have it on other apps, but it always wants a credit card.

Wife and I always get an Açaí bowl!!! We Love them!

Experience was good the young lady had my order ready upon arrival and was professional. However my almond butter bowl was prepared a little different this time and I’ve ordered from this location a few times before. She placed to large scoops of almond butter on each side of by bowl therefore I had a clumps of almond butter in the bowl that was thick with each spoonful I literally had to mix up the bowl immediately in order to enjoy it. Other than that no complaints I love the location and this franchise

Very good experience, order was ready when I walked in 5 min earlier than estimated time, worker was efficient and nice and the smoothie bowl tastes delicious.

I’ve been to this location on 5 occasions and I order the same drink every time and the last 2 times I’ve received something completely different than the first 3 times. The first 3 were delicious but the last 2 have been terrible, the drink ( Popeye’s Acai) did not even look the same. The first 3 times it had a beautiful Açaí color… the last 2, green in color and tasted like bananas only. Very disappointed… let me note that the same person made the last 2.
