I love nektar but it’s a hit or miss. Recently I ordered my usual. I noticed prices went up which is understandable in this economy but my order wasn’t full. I had a bowl and it was awfully skimpy.

The bowl I ordered was good. The prices seem significantly high, but I paid it due to friend recommendation. I doubt I'd pay that price again. However, since the quantity is large, perhaps I'd pay to split it with a friend. It would be nice if a smaller, more affordable size was offered.

I love the bowls but unfortunately every time I go there the workers always mess up my bowl.. I put extra banana but they left the apples out. Maybe just alittle more training on how to read the order

I love ordering through the app bc it makes it so easy when I’m on the go! I don’t have to wait in line, it gives me an estimated time so by the time I arrive my bowl is made and being chilled.

It was good. I ordered 2 peanut butter bowls and the associate only made one. It was an honest mistake so he made it right. The only thing I noticed was that my bowl was missing apples and bananas… not a big deal cu I’m not super picky but just giving the feedback you requested. I did give the associate some grace due to him being along and having a lobby full of people. Obviously he was overwhelmed and trying to just stay afloat but i gotta say, he stayed professional, very courteous, polite and it was still an overall great experience.

The bowls taste so good and are pretty filling. The smoothies have never disappointed either. And the staff is friendly. I will always return.

I come at least once a week for my bowl or smoothie fix. They are always delicious and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

30 min to prepare a bowl and it was still not ready - had to leave for work, without my bowl. Not even close to ok

I’ve come here quite a few times. It’s never been a positive experience. Most of the time, no complaints. But today my order wasn’t ready because they didn’t understand how to sub açaí for pitaya in the almond butter bowl I ordered so it made ordering 45 minutes ahead pointless.

Ordered online and didn’t take long to get my order. Only problem was, the chocolate bowl was not filled to the top. This was the first time this has happened. I go there a lot maybe 2-3 times a week. Very clean place and great service I give them 5 stars😬
