I enjoy your menu, but your app is kind of confusing. I ordered one smoothie bowl, but I was gonna change to another one, but it wouldn’t highlight for some reason and allow me to choose it so sometimes your app is difficult to use. I would also like the option of Apple Pay on your app like I have it on other apps, but it always wants a credit card.

Not good. My smoothie came with different ingredients than listed. Store was out of pineapple and I wasn’t even asked if I wanted a different smoothie it was just subbed for more mango. Which made the smoothie bland with only one fruit ingredient. Also the smoothie had particles in it that resembled wood? They did not feel edible at all and couldn’t even chew them.

Very good experience, order was ready when I walked in 5 min earlier than estimated time, worker was efficient and nice and the smoothie bowl tastes delicious.

Not happy. Ordered a smoothie and it was not blended all the way.

I like the quick and friendly service. The ingredients are always fresh. The Açaí bowls are my favorite. My husband loves the PB&J protein smoothie. And the Nektar App is easy to navigate. Thank you

The app allows me to place an order then my smoothie is ready when I arrive to pick it up. Time is valuable for me and ordering in the store and then having to wait is annoying. Doing it with the app is a game changer.

I ordered on the app, then went inside when I got to the store. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. The smoothie (Orange Crush) was just what I was craving! I do wish they weren't so expensive though, I'd probably have one every day.

My smoothie tasted very fresh (because it was made to order). It was exactly what I was looking for on a hot day in Apple Valley! I got one for me and one for my sister since she had a cold. She really enjoyed it and I think the boost of vitamin C really helped her to feel better. I'm a customer for LIFE!!!

The bowl’s and the smoothies are always delicious. They just need more employees. They only have one person working and it takes a long time to make each item. I feel bad for the employees. They are always backed up.
