Would not allow a trade out for a smoothie I tried that was bad. If I’m paying almost $15 for a smoothie, there should be an allowance to trade out if it’s no good. The same premise of trading out goes when you are not satisfied with restaurant food… it’s a horrible policy and bad business. I won’t be back.

Love the smoothies and ingredients options for the price point! Popeyes Acai isn't on the in-store menu anymore, but can still be ordered online! Only gave it one star because sometimes I have to remind them to add protein or omit the sweetener.
