Very small inside. I was disappointed that there was no icepack in my bags for my reset cleanse. Otherwise, I love the place and appreciate the people who work there.

Wonderful experience at Nékter Juice Bar! Walked in and got a warm greeting with outstanding service. Huge thanks to Mirella and La'Nae for going the extra mile to make my visit great. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient answering all my questions and helping me pick the perfect drink. Their positive attitudes and genuine care for customers really stood out. It's rare to feel this valued and appreciated by customer service, but these two totally delivered. They're tremendous assets to the team, and management should recognize how exceptional they are. My Açai Banana Berry Bowl was absolutely delicious and made exactly as I wanted. Fresh, flavorful ingredients, beautifully presented. It exceeded my expectations. Definitely coming back and recommending Nékter Juice Bar to family and friends. Thank you Mirella and La'Nae!

I usually LOVE Nekter but my last few visits here have been disappointing to say the least. I placed an online order today for pickup 12:01pm. When I arrived the ladies were in the back on their phone. When they came to the register I told them I had a pickup order. Nothing was ready………They didn’t make my order until they pulled the receipts from their machine. Last time I visited the ladies were nice but the drink lacked flavor which sucks because I’ve ordered many times before.

Regarding your pickup order, I want to explain what happened—though it's certainly not an excuse. Our Bluetooth printer had disconnected, which meant your order didn't print in our kitchen as it should have. We've since addressed this technical issue to prevent it from happening again. Still, I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and find nothing ready, especially after placing your order ahead of time.
The inconsistency in your drink quality is equally concerning. Our drinks should taste great every single time, and I'll be working with our team to ensure we're maintaining the standards you've come to expect from us. Hello, I wanted to share some feedback. I love the food at Nectar and I come often, but every time I order a bowl it’s never filled. Today I paid $14 and received what was basically half a bowl. I also ordered the protein waffles — they were great — but I still can’t wrap my head around getting such a small portion for the price.
I’m hoping this can be addressed because I really do enjoy your food and want to keep coming back. Thank you.

I completely understand your concern about the bowl appearance. Looking at your order, I can see the granola was removed as a customization. Our bowls are carefully portioned with the smoothie base, fresh fruit, and granola, working together to fill the container. When the granola is removed, the fruit naturally settles into the base, creating that "half full" look even though you're receiving the correct amount of smoothie base and fruit.
We want to make sure you get the most satisfying experience for your money! If you prefer to skip the granola, we're happy to do that, but please know you can always ask us to add extra fruit or another topping to fill that space. Our team is always here to help customize your bowl, so it feels complete and worth every dollar.
