Absolutely amazing service, I was properly walked through the menu options by Amanda and the checkout process was very seamless. Juice shots were super refreshing for a hot Houston summer day and the almond butter açaí bowl hit the spot, per usual. Highly recommended!

Juices are just ok , service is unprofessional as everywhere else these days , visited 8/24 around 12:30 walked in, no greeting as they looked over their shoulder to see who walked in, missing items so i couldn’t order my usual, i feel like i’m inconveniencing your staff asking and repeating my order because they can’t communicate amongst themselves , instead of talking about what the manager did that didn’t make any sense from what i over heard for 5 min while standing there waiting to order. And are the lights out or bulbs need to be ordered ? From a service stand point these issues need to be addressed , it’s a turn off honestly .

I’ve noticed a lot juice places only fill the cup half way and the rest is froth. You actually get your value and full cup here at Nekter

Fresh cold pressed juice so many varieties and choices...lol hard to decide. There was a very friendly and informative young woman who helped me and explained how to to do a juice cleanse the benefits and even provided me with take home information!

If a 0 star exists this place would be the first I would gladly give. So this is what happened on June 19 from 4 pm to 5:20 pm. As a doordash delivery driver I received 2 different pick up order from this place. I arrived to this juice bar after 10 minutes and asked one of the young teenage white girl the order and she told me she didn’t that see the order came through so told me to wait 5 to 10 minutes so they can prepare the order I said fine and waited 10 minutes and it’s not ready yet, waited another 20 minutes the order still not ready. For your surprise they are receiving another order and still making the new coustomer orders. After 35 minutes I asked one of the lady if the order is ready or not and again she told me to wait 10 minutes, the total waiting time is 45 minutes so far. After I waited another 20 minutes I asked the only guy in the store to tell me what’s going on with my order, he said let me check and after another 10 minutes he came and told me the order is NOT ready and they didn’t even started it. The total waiting time was more than 1 hour for nothing plus I canceled a 49 dollar order. What made me more furious was the way they talk to me. They don’t even take the job seriously and they even try to make fun of you. Horrible place!! Will never come to this place to pick up orders or the make an order for myself.

Amanda did an excellent job with my order and Jaden taught me a lot about the benefits of different juice ingredients. Thank y’all 🤘

I went to Nekter to get my juice when they were about to close and Amanda was very nice and patient. She is always very friendly and ready to help with my juice requests. My juice was delicious. Thank you Amanda for always smiling, you made my day ❤️ Great costumer service

The staff are really nice. They have a good variety of smoothies, juices and bowls. Would definitely come again.

I've been going here for about a year now. The products and concoctions are stellar, from the acaī bowls, replenishing juices and smoothies. However, the new staff here leave much to be desired. I've come a few times since this staff switch and orders are painstakingly slow to make, there is yelling and just general unprofessionalism. IDK what happened but can we get a return to quality customer service pretty please??

Amazing service and the juice is bomb!!! I recommend everyone to come to them and let me say as well they will not disappoint!!! When you walk in the greet you the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable on the juices!!!

I wanted a smoothie that wasn’t pumped with added sugar, therefore I tried Nekter Juice Bar. I ordered the Buzz, Pink Flamingo, and a Zucchini muffin. The Buzz was fresh which I loved. A small size of it, with no ice, is like two drinks because I went home and added ice and coconut water. The Pink Flamingo was super delicious. Now the zucchini muffin looked madly delicious but was super DRY. I wasted my money on that. I can definitely see myself returning and sitting outside on their shaded patio. Forewarn anyone going to this location, the parking in this neighborhood sucks. I did park right in front of their store but it is meter parking I didn’t pay for the meter I just paid for my food and drinks and left.

Delivery is always an awful surprise. Ive ordered delivery from this Nekter multiple times and it’s either been an hour late or made wrong. Most of the time, the bowls that arrive don’t even contain all the original ingredients listed online! Definitely do not pay extra for any additions to your bowl unless you’re picking it up in person and can notify someone that your order is missing the add-ons. Otherwise, you’ll just be paying extra for nothing. On the bright side, the ingredients seem high quality and the juices are excellent, which encouraged me to give this place so many chances in the past.

I prefer main squeeze or nourish . The juices are made in the store , fresh, and taste better. Nekter ships the juice from California which is not sustainable and lowers the quality of the juice. They also should consider more sustainable packaging. Edit: I’m just never going back 04/07 went in and waited 20 mins for my açaí bowl and got it with no spoon so I went home around the corner and it was like water not thick at all had to add my own almond butter and agave to add flavor to it. Hard pass on this place.
