I have been coming the W. Gray location for a few months consistently. The variety of juices and bowls are awesome. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The manager Val has been exceptional.

Not good, go somewhere else like juiceland.

Need to edit my 5 star review, I thought I was reviewing the Southwest Fwy location (which is great). I've given Gray St a number of opportunities, because I love Nekter, but they continue to disappoint. I've been to locations in multiple states and this is the one location that continues to serve frothy, liquid-y smoothies. It's served like a juice. I messaged with their director of operations, but nothing has changed. I would genuinely prefer they get better because they're so close to my house, but I've been driving out to the Southwest Fwy location. This location makes the Nektar brand look bad.

Amanda greeted me and helped me pick a juice and she said she was gone make it with love...well I'm in love... the toxin flush was good. Will be back.

The juice is really good! The staff are not knowledgeable about the health benefits, or nutritional details of the drinks, that will be my only downside.

Terrible drinks, tastes like expired juice my friend was supposed to get a banana chocolate protein shake and they made a berry blast. We were in a hurry and took double the time then others. Everything was extremely overpriced for nothing I could have gotten better service and better tasting drinks at a McDonald's. Had high hopes but they have failed my expectations.

Coming from LA, I was so happy to find a fresh juice place in Houston! Love the vibe and the variety of the menu. Staff are friendly and helpful. Katelin was great. My juice was exactly what I needed.

First time coming here and I already knew what I needed, I needed some type of green juice immediately. Been eating not so great lately, so Alyssa recommended the ginger shot, which she did warned me about the burn! I ordered the Greenie on ice and it was so refreshing, followed by the ginger shot and literally woke my body up. I’ll definitely come back and try other juices next!

Walked in and was advised I have to place my order thru the app because their system is down, no problem! Placed my order only to be told they don’t have any coconut water or apple juice. This was a very unprofessional experience, likely won’t ever go back!

My partner and love going to Nekter for the amazing juices, smoothies, and Açaí bowls. We also love the friendly staff. Ashley and Amanda both always greet me with a smile, provide great service, and help to make my visit a pleasant one.

Came to Houston for a quick weekend trip and stumbled across this juice bar on my green juice hunt. Alyssa and Catelin were absolutely amazing! The vibes were great and it’s in a great location as well. We had a toxin flush with pineapple and a berry banana açaí bowl. 10/10 recommended
