Perfect experience today. I ordered and paid on the app 2 large smoothies. They were handed to us as soon as I said my name. The employees were friendly and the drinks were delicious and Huge!

I love going to Nekter for the Banana Berry Burst with pea protein added, and sub coconut water for the cashew milk. It’s a great high protein, no fat smoothie.
I ordered on the app and showed up 10 min before it was supposed to be ready. I walked in, was greeted with a friendly hello, and handed my drink!
In and out in less than 5 min with a delicious post workout drink.

I go to Nékter about 3 mornings a week and I feel more employees should be on schedule since there’s only ever one. Especially on $6 Thursdays sometimes I have to be mindful of my time since I work after.

The food has always been top notch, and up until recently the level of customer service was just as good if not better.
It seems like there has been a significant staff turnover & the new crew is just there.
They don’t act like they care, about anything. And the portions have decreased as well…….
