On August 23 at 9:30ish am I decided to order two açaí berry bowls one with chia pudding and one without I didn’t get to see the names of the workers but I just know it was a women and a man. I was so disappointed when I was served the bowl with pudding since it was literally barely filled to half the bowl and with the fruit added there was still so much space at the top literally stolen money, while the other bowl was served correctly and filled to the top. It literally looked like one bowl was done right and the other bowl was just the leftover. Never coming here again!

I ordered through the app, which makes the process much faster. Depending on how busy the staff are, I see inconsistencies in whether they put napkins and a spoon in the bag. At times, they just give you the bowls without asking whether you need a bag or not. This is small and petty so it doesn't bother me but thought I'd mention it. Otherwise, love the place and the food.

I come here often and overall love nekter. This bowl honestly was a disappointment though. The base was very liquidy and seemed to be the wrong base. There also were about 5-6 very hard nut chunks (seemingly almond or maybe walnut?) which have never been in my bowl before. I debated telling the staff that my bowl overall was not good and not right, but decided against it. Hopefully it is better next time.

Overall I had a good experience except for the ordering portion. The app is a little confusing. I thought I was ordering a standard bowl and given the choice to add 3 additional toppings and was quite surprised to find that there weren’t any fruit toppings on my bowls. I had to pay $1 for each type of fruit I asked to have added to my bowls which felt a little steep considering the portions. It would be great if things were a little more clear in the app to help prevent these kinds of mistakes in the future.

I love Nekter! It's one of the very few places in town that I can drop in and grab a fabulous vegan treat or meal. Everyone is always really nice and my bowls are wonderful. It's solidly in my top five favorite local food places.

Love this place … healthy and delicious everyone! One of my favorite snacks is the Protein Poppers!! And my granddaughter recently wanted an Açaí bowl. We went to Nekter and she loved it 🥰

My granddaughter had an açaí bowl for the first time from Neckter. She loved it and so we will be back again ;)
