Good service as always except this time they missed to put the chia seeds that w paid extra $1 and this the first time I add chia seeds on my Acai Bowl.

The açai bowls are inconsistently prepared. Flavor wise it is either really good or barely edible. There are also times when containers are barely filled halfway which is a problem when you are paying extra for fruits. The customer is always good though so no complaints there.

I ordered an açaí bowl without blueberries. I had been waiting all day to get it and finally did but was given the wrong order. I was so sad and I’m not usually a Karen but I called and told them and they made it up. I don’t know what I was given but this **** has no flavor! It tastes like ice!

Mini drinks; smoothie and one waffle is great idea and small Açaí bowls as well!

One of my bowls was missing one of the main ingredients. My almond butter bowl, did not have any almond butter ☹️

Ordered 1 again bowl with no granola.and they still put granola inside instead like I wouldn't see ot or something. And it tasted horrible like chemicals. I get a acai bowl every week and this is the 2nd timethis has happened. Will no longer be going here

Great bowl, it was flavorful, full, and I felt I got my moneys worth.

The acaí bowls were decent—fresh fruit and nicely presented—but the base could’ve used more flavor and a touch more sweet. Not bad overall, just missing that extra something to make it memorable.

The service at the Menifee location is great, however Nekters new app is horrible and should return to the previous one. I was at the Riverside Nekter location and the employees could not figure out how to use my rewards points so I would only use 200 points and pay $3.00, instead they insisted I use 250 points so the transaction would go through. I love your new Raspberry Radiance bowl as well, it is terrific!! Keep the good stuff coming!!

I love this restaurant! My favorite part outside of the fact that I love your bowls is that you allow for splitting on your app. Other smoothie places don't do that. Nekter is the only place I get my smoothie bowls.
