I had requested Ginger to be added to my greenie and couldn’t taste it. I mentioned it to the server and was told they can only put an inch of ginger in the drink. With a 24oz drink an inch is not enough. Previous servers have made the drink more to my liking. Maybe there needs to be more consistency with how the drinks are made. I usually get a bowl which is done well consistently. Servers are all very polite.

Acknowledge people coming in. Do not be understaffed. People with mobile orders were waiting when we put our orders in with ample time. We use mobile orders because we are strapped on time, usually have places to be with no time to wait for orders.

I had an offer on the app for a free ginger shot with a purchase but it wasn’t working so when I picked up my mobile order I asked about it and they said it wasn’t working and that I’d have to pay for another drink if I wanted to get the free ginger shot. I had already paid for my drinks through the app. I know it’s not their fault it wasn’t working but I feel like it could’ve been given without an extra charge
