Service was great. I order a peanut butter bowl, something I’ve ordered many times, but it had no flavor at all. I took it to go otherwise I would have had them remake it.

I always have a great experience and my bowl, smoothies, juice are always perfect!

I feel the bowls I ordered were much smaller than the exact same ones I ordered last weekend. I even ordered extra granola this time, pretty sure I didn't get extra granola. Customer service and speed of service was great though.

You need to hire more staff or have more scheduled for the morning shift. They have been multiple occasions where I order online for pickup and am told 15 minutes time to be ready, only to arrive at the 15 minute mark and they haven’t begun to work on my order because it’s 1 person working and 6-7 customers waiting. Love the açaí bowls and juices here but the thought of having to wait for a time online order, especially if I’m limited on time, deters me from stopping at times. Outside of that, the staff at this location is friendly and handle the pressure of slammed mornings, just need some more bodies in there.

Bowl was only filled halfway. So sad, cause I usually don't have any issues. This time i feel like I only got half an order.

Hello, I have also worked in the industry. Customer Service is #1- MOST IMPORTANT, when you’re serving the public. I have noticed on more than one occasion, that when I arrive and tell the associates, “I’m “Gina” picking up my immunity bowl”. I’m not acknowledged that i even entered the establishment, nor am I told “We’ll be with you, shortly or hello are picking up or ordering? I know it’s a busy location, and it can be noisy with the blenders and juicers running. I’m wondering, could it be that the employees are disgruntled? Underpaid?Understaffed? Just wondering why the customer service is NOT a priority. Too bad I like Nekter so much. Or I would just stop going there.

Fantastic!! I stopped by for my usual banana berry bowl….. Boy was I surprised!! Evelyn knocked it out of the park!!! Best bowl ever. Thank you all for continuing to provide great food & great service in my lil Menifee!!!

I placed an online order and it was ready even before I got there! Made it super quick and easy. Staff was very kind ! Although the flavor of my bowl wasn’t the best. The base didn’t have much flavor ):

The bowl and juice I received was fresh and yummy. Service was great and friendly.

Wonderful as usual my order was done before time staff was friendly and sweet.My bowl looked amazing!

The employee that helped me was very kind. I placed my order on the app and when I arrived they let me know they were currently working on my order, and it would be ready in a few minutes. They provided me with a spoon and napkins along with my bowl, and it just felt like a really nice experience overall.
