Second time this week I bought an açai bowl and each time was worse than the other

Today was not a pleasant experience. Employees did not greet, just 3 words "whats your name" and I was on my way out with a bowl that's less quality every time I order it.

Loved it, the employees were nice and the smoothie bowl was perfect.

Well, I’ve had quite a few of the Açaí bowls and added peanut butter however, this time there is no peanut butter in it. For an extra dollar and a half, I’ve already left and cannot return or I would. That was disappointing and I did tip 20%.

The smoothies are great. The açai bowl is one of my favorites, unfortunately lately, on my last 3 orders, the actual açai in the bottom is not well blended, it's full of pieces of slimy bananas. Also, it's a very light color. It used to be a vibrant purple. Now it's like you can barely taste the açai. I've been a Nekter customer for many years. And this is a little disappointing.
