I come to this location multiple times a week. The staff are Extremely friendly. I mostly order everything online online via the app and all orders are ready before the estimated time. This is my go-to juice and smoothie spot in the area and I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

First time here and worst experience ever. They messed my order and when I told them about it she told me it was my fault. Rudest person ever working the Sunday morning shift. How hard is it to make two smoothies? Must be rocket science to them! Then have the nerve to say I ordered it wrong?! Wow. Never go here, you can get better smoothies at Jamba Juice with great customer service.

Poor, slow service (15 min to get two items); dirty floors and countertops; and over-priced. I paid $10 for a 24oz smoothie, but they gave me a 16oz (which is $2 cheaper). They remade the drink when I pointed out the mistake, but I should have just stuck with the smaller size because it tasted like pure crushed ice and had no flavor whatsoever. Also, one employee randomly ran outside in the middle of making my smoothie, and when he finally returned, he didn't even bother to wash his hands before putting on a set of gloves and continuing to slowly finish my smoothie. Waste of time and money.

The food is good, but this busy downtown location was understaffed for the peak morning hours on my visit; 20 minutes is way too long to wait for one smoothie.
They also violate California law by not honoring their advertised promotions; I even contacted Nektar customer support and they laughed me off.

I really like this place, corner of 9th and Market, in downtown San Diego! Reasonable16oz smoothie is about $6.35! They have ready made bottled shots of energy, immunity and other blended with 4 ingredients!

Extremely unprofessional, came with a buddy. We were super hungry, it wasn’t busy at all. They’re system crashed. The açaí bowl and smoothie were by far the worst I’ve ever had..... so tasteless. Not sweet, just bad and bland let me tell you. Don’t come here, save your money & time. It took 20 mins to get our açaí bowls, & a smoothie.

Good but not great. Tried the heath nut smoothie and it was OK. 3 stars bc I’m willing to go back again and try something else.

Live this place, I walk to it in the mornings from my apt with the dog. Such delicious smoothies and juices, the matcha berry is my new fave! Their app is awesome too!

This place had a mediocre review but still gave it ago cause I couldn't find unico. The green smoothie was OK. Felt like it wasn't blended properly. Could do some work on product development cause taste didn't even impress me too. Won't be returning.

Took 30 minutes to make one smoothie. On the plus side, that leaves you plenty of time to grab lunch while waiting.
