bummed that my smoothie didn’t taste great bc it had unripe bananas

smoothies and bowls should be left in the fridge until they are picked up

it was great- but would love if you could keep smoothies in fridge until picked up especially if they’re done ahead of scheduled time

I downloaded the app based on an offer to receive a free smoothie for doing so (and signing up for email/texts). I ordered my friend and I smoothies for pickup but despite clicking through the email to “redeem my offer,” there was no way to get a free smoothie at all…no code, no redeemable offer in my app, no barcode, etc. I paid for both smoothies on the app and then asked the staff about it when I arrived. They said it might take a bit of time to show up on the app but to just try next time. I still have no offer on the app. Despite our smoothies being really delicious, I hate being mislead, and wish I had started off on a better foot with this company. I’ll certainly hesitate to go back, but really enjoyed the product.

When the smoothies are made well, they are excellent. However, the smoothies I get lack consistency: some great - some not so great. I order the same thing each time and the quality can waiver.

I’ve been a Nekter customer for years, and unfortunately my experiences are very hit or miss. This last time was definitely a miss :( the green juice has WAY too much ginger in it. And the smoothies were very watery. I don’t think I’ll be coming back for a while.

Ok to be honest- the customer service at this location is known to be TERRIBLE by all of us that live in the neighborhood. For the first time, I encountered some nice employees! I ordered a smoothie on the app and was greeted nicely upon arrival and handed my smoothie from an actual friendly person!!

I did not know which protein smoothie to get and I was recommended one and it turned out to be the best one I have tasted in a long time! The smoothies were absolutely delicious. They made me forget I was on a food modification plan (diet).

Enjoyed my first visit here and my smoothie! Store was clean and employees friendly. Ordered online and it was ready when I arrived. I will be back.

Great service, great smoothies

I love Nekter! I live right down the street from one of their locations and especially with the app, it makes it so easy to have my smoothie all ready for me when I come and pick it up! I love Berry Blast and Popeye's Acai but I just more recently tried to build your own smoothie and I love that option!

Horrible smoothies and bowls. They have NO flavor. I went to throw away my smoothie and a homeless man asked for it, tried it and proceeded to throw it away after one sip ... That goes to show how bad it was.
