I like it, staff are kind and gracious. Are willing to help a customer out every time regardless of stress levels already on them( multiple orders etc) i appreciate their work and how they’ve made my experience with Nektar amazing.

Due to a prior bad experience with Uber Eats I decided to order a pickup instead of delivery. However the app said it would take 90 mins and I needed it in 60 mins. So I called the branch and told them my situation, it was an employee appreciation treat and our employees were going to leave in 70mins so I needed the order sooner than estimated. The girl understood and said they could get it done within the hour. They completed 14 items in less than one hour and our employees were super excited. That's what I call customer service, even when they don't sound like it over the phone.

I love Nekter! I live right down the street from one of their locations and especially with the app, it makes it so easy to have my smoothie all ready for me when I come and pick it up! I love Berry Blast and Popeye's Acai but I just more recently tried to build your own smoothie and I love that option!

Hi! The consistency of my order, oatmeal to be specific, is constantly changing. I'm not sure why but it's not the same as I remember when I first started ordering some weeks ago. The employees are wonderful, and my green drink is always perfect, it just seems to be the oatmeal for some reason.
