I’ve been a Nekter customer for years, and unfortunately my experiences are very hit or miss. This last time was definitely a miss :( the green juice has WAY too much ginger in it. And the smoothies were very watery. I don’t think I’ll be coming back for a while.

Ok to be honest- the customer service at this location is known to be TERRIBLE by all of us that live in the neighborhood. For the first time, I encountered some nice employees! I ordered a smoothie on the app and was greeted nicely upon arrival and handed my smoothie from an actual friendly person!!

Excellent and friendly service. I would suggest you add the option to tip on your App. Your employees deserve tips and I am sure they are not receiving nearly enough in the cash tip jar. Very few people carry cash now, especially during a pandemic.

The bowls are great. Other food, like packaged pickles and the hummus & pretzels, are good. Not good is staff rudely informing us that we had to eat outside. Won’t be back.
Reading your reply. That’s the place. Pickles in the case. No seating inside. Just cement seating outside. Perhaps you as the owner should visit.

Not complaints about the service, I always enjoy my purchase from Nekter.
The app has a new option that combines the negation of boosts and proteins together and it's a required selection. Can this be removed? Or, can it just say "No Boost" and have the Protein selection be its own thing?

I did not know which protein smoothie to get and I was recommended one and it turned out to be the best one I have tasted in a long time! The smoothies were absolutely delicious. They made me forget I was on a food modification plan (diet).
