Everything has been great. The only issue I have had is with the iOS app. It I have rewards available or offers available and when I try to use them with an online order it says it's not available for that order but when I go into the store to order and use it, it doesn't appear in my rewards or offers. Otherwise the bowls and smoothies and juices are always fresh and delicious!!

Drinks are perfect each time. Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. I wish the prices were lower or more loyalty rewards but I really enjoy the juices

I ordered online, so I didn't need to wait for someone to help me. I love the juice, the only thing I would ask for to be improved is to make sure your employees actually help their customers when they see them instead of looking at them in the eye and continuing their conversation while not working. Again, love the juice, dislike how one of the employees looked at me walk in, walk away to talk to his co-worker, look at me again while talking to her, and slowly walk my way while continuing his conversation until he was done. I saw my order, and if I had just grabbed it without saying anything, I would've been told to stop and questioned. So that's the only thing.

Love this spot! I was craving a green juice and a bowl and walked to this place. Everything was delicious, prices were fair, and shockingly ample seating. They give good portions, and staff was very friendly which is rare these days. James was our cashier, he was so patient while my non English speaking husband had menu questions. Great job at this location 👏🏽

My order that I placed Sunday was not fulfilled and I was told they do not know when some of the juices I ordered will even be back in stock. I was not contacted prior to going to get my order and found nothing ready when I arrived.

Juices are good... Acai bowls are a little too icy and aren't quite as nutrition packed as other juice shops nearby!

Wonderful. The costs are just so high. That's the only complaint from today. Yesterday, the green juice was full of fruit versus greens. It would be nice to add more of the greens in the green apple detox. It was pretty clear versus green.

You can smell the fresh juices the minute you open the door ! I ordered the Toxin Flush . She asked me if I wanted it with ice , which no one has ever asked me at any juice place I e give before. I said yes and I’m glad I did. It was really refreshing. I was pleasantly surprised at how big the “ small “ was , too. I’m just visiting San Diego, but this would be my juice go to , if I lived here !

My order was correct and timely-made. It was tasty. They were friendly. The place is clean. I’ll be back. Can’t ask for anything more. It’s a juice shop, not a maternity ward. Pretty straight-forward. (σˋ▽ˊ)σ

I’ve been a Nekter customer for years, and unfortunately my experiences are very hit or miss. This last time was definitely a miss :( the green juice has WAY too much ginger in it. And the smoothies were very watery. I don’t think I’ll be coming back for a while.
