My service was great with my mobile order, however, I brought my mother in law with me and she got in line to order something and she was never greeted. Something was wrong with the cash register and two workers were trying to work on it, and neither acknowledged my mother in law until we decided to leave three minutes later. Then they finally apologized for the wait but she was already frustrated.
