I have heard a lot about Nektar but never actually tried it. It was absolutely delicious though. All the flavors blended nicely and i will definitely be getting more!

This was my first time at Nektar. I got the seasonal apple bowl and cookie dough skoop (although I ended up getting the bday cake, because they were out of the cookie dough). Both items were delicious. I ordered in the app for pickup, and they started preparing my items as soon as I arrived. Prices were high… I’d come a few times a week if things were 15-25% cheaper; at the current prices, I might visit 1-2 times a month… possibly more, depending on app incentives/special offers/rewards. Hope to see y’all stick around in Tyler!

I placed my order online and came to pick it up rather quickly and she was already finishing up my order. I tried to call the store 3 times on my way to make sure I asked for no ice (realized after I called where to see it in my app) but it went to a voicemail every time which was full. The girl who gave me my juice did not say one word to me. There was a young man who greeted me as soon as i came in and I told him I think that she was making my order and asked if it was for Krystal and he confirmed that it was mine. When she brought my juice to the counter I said “thank you so much! Have a great day!” If she said anything back I did not hear it. Was not a very welcoming feel. I have visited Nekter numerous times in the years that it’s been open in Tyler and my observation is that the employees seem to all be young (which is perfectly fine) but they really need some customer service training. A smile goes a long way. (I do get people have a bad day.) I keep coming back because I love the freshness of the product. If there was an equivalent in Tyler that had nicer employees I would chose them. I just wanted to voice my concerns because if I was an owner I would want to know.
