I placed my order on the app & it’s really frustrating that they don’t have the option to substitute certain things or even leave a note when placing the order. Then I tried to call the store twice to get them to add something, there was no answer & the mailbox was full. When I got to the store, the girl sweetly fixed my order how I originally wanted it. Great customer service!!! Please give more options on the app or at least add a place to make comments! Thank you!

Really like this place but their bathroom is always unclean and the soap dispenser is always broken as soap not available at all when I go in which is unacceptable. Especially when dealing with food.

I always have good customer service at Nekter. Today was great though! I tried a new drink and it turned out terrible. I told the girl working there I didn’t think it was made correctly and she quickly suggested an alternative and remade it. She insisted I tasted the new drink before leaving and it was fantastic!
