Fast service! However, the website indicated I would get my guest 16oz smoothie for free if I downloaded the app. When I downloaded the app using the link, there were no rewards to redeem. I still ordered a smoothie but there was no redeemable offer which the website indicated

It took more than 30 minutes to make my smoothie, even though I ordered ahead. I understand it’s busy but I also know there were many people who ordered after me who got their orders done earlier.

Smoothie was not very good. Flavorless. Too much ice. Didn’t like it.

Smoothies are great.

When I ordered that $5 dragon fruit smoothie the color was way different then Iv seen in the past. It was more light pink near and it’s usually a darker shade and you used to be able to see and feel more seed texture in your mouth. Hopefully the recipes aren’t changing to save $$$ and turning into a smoothie king when they started using additives and making unhealthy smoothies. Iv done my research on smoothie king, Jamba Juice, and you guys. Even written reports about you.

I always get the the Same smoothie However this time it did not taste good it was a undrinkable. I had picked it up on my way to work so I couldn’t return it but if I could I would have I was not happy with the quality of the drink I received but other than that I’ve always had a great experience.

My smoothie was best ever!

Ordered PB&J smoothie with immunity boost and no agave. Received PB&J smoothie with agave and no immunity boost instead. Smoothie made was not in usual consistency and tasted like diluted cashew milk. Order pickup time at 7am. Order not received until 10 min later.
