Nekter Juice Bar - La Jolla

I searched the closest smoothie bar, and found nekter juice bar just a quarter mile away. Was very impressed with the fresh ingredients and how fast they pulled it together, and the wonderful selection on the menu. I ordered these almond butter bowl and a tosi super bites almond nut bar.

Decent fast service. The acai bowl on the other hand, has fallen in quality at the location where I typically frequent. It tastes more like a thick blueberry smoothie instead than actual acai.

Quality of products are always great. It takes a very long time to receive even one drink. I've even tried ordering online ahead of time but I still always wait about 5-10 minutes when I get there. This is the second time I ordered online and they said it would be ready in a few minutes. It was ready in a few minutes but they still put the drink in the refrigerator and already forgot I was there to pick it up. So it took them almost 10 minutes to deliver my drink.

The girls were cleaning. All the fridges were pushed away from the wall. To be honest the smell was nauseous! I did mobile order but needed to wait till they reached refrigerator where my drink was sitting.

Staff is awesome, just sad there’s not a comments section in the app to be able to request carrots in my green apple detox, or leave out banana in my bowl base. Cannot auto mixer orders in app :(
