Ordered PB&J smoothie with immunity boost and no agave. Received PB&J smoothie with agave and no immunity boost instead. Smoothie made was not in usual consistency and tasted like diluted cashew milk. Order pickup time at 7am. Order not received until 10 min later.

Ordering online was pretty fast it was ready before the pick up time provided. The girl who welcomed me was very nice and didn’t hesitate to ask if I was waiting on a pick up order

I walked in with another customer and they took her name immediately to check for her mobile order but ignored me. I had to wait till they finally came back about 7 minutes later to grab their attention and tell them my name too. I was ignored for way too long.
