One of the saddest Açaí bowls ever. Doesn’t taste like Açaí at all, not even the color. Pink???

My bowl did not come how I order. I ordered the almond butter bowl and it came without almond butter and sharp coconut shell shards in it

It is always hit or miss at this location. Employee made eye contact with me every times I finally had to ring the bell for him to stop and grab me my completed online order. I understand they were preparing other orders but this is why I order in advance. My bowl was also not made correctly.

The speed of service seems to be much better these days. In the past I have had to wait for significant periods of time for orders I had placed online expected to be ready within 15 minutes but took more like 30-45 minutes. Now, my orders are almost always waiting for me upon arrival. Nice job!
