Not really anyone’s fault, but store was understaffed. Ordered on app and it said ready11:03. Came a bit after that, no drink had been prepared, came back again and still no drink. Had to show receipt on the app to prove it. Finally picked up drink 30 minutes after initial time. Drink itself was quite nice! But not sure I want to go through all that again. If the app doesn’t send the info to the store, maybe disable ordering on the app til you figure it out. Anyway, it’s why I gave a 6. Thanks!

When I ordered that $5 dragon fruit smoothie the color was way different then Iv seen in the past.
It was more light pink near and it’s usually a darker shade and you used to be able to see and feel more seed texture in your mouth. Hopefully the recipes aren’t changing to save $$$ and turning into a smoothie king when they started using additives and making unhealthy smoothies. Iv done my research on smoothie king, Jamba Juice, and you guys. Even written reports about you.
