Standard experience. Online order was in fridge and I picked it up. Only one person working so had to wait for her to finish the register order & payment before I could ask about and receive my online order.

My rider was placed online for 7am, but was only ready after 710am. Understand the store only opens at 7, but if orders can’t be ready until 710/715 then the app should specify that and shouldn’t be able to place the order for 7am. Otherwise I would expect the order to be ready on time.
