Nekter Juice Bar - La Jolla

This was the second time that my online order has had the wrong items in it. We brought the wrong items back and they exchanged them out for the correct ones that were still in the fridge/freezer. I think the employees just need to be a little more careful when putting items from online orders in bags.

I love Nekter and this by far is my favorite location. I always order online and my drinks are always ready to go by the time I get there! The staff is also super friendly and the location is always clean. The only issue is that sometimes they forget to give me some items in my order since the shots are so small. All the drinks are consistently good.

Drinks are getting better for some reason. It used to be hit and miss. Definitely enjoying Nekter more.

It wasn’t anything above that stood out those who work there weren’t super friendly but weren’t no. I do wish you have raw vegan & more animal free options in the prepared food/beverage area for many who would appreciate it

The 9 shots that I ordered were awesome as always. The guy who made them did an excellent job. I was just surprised by the way the girl at the counter reacted towards my mom when she asked for an orange. We usually always request for orange slices to have with our shots if available and we have been doing this since many years right from the first time we ordered at this location. And whenever we order pick up, we prefer taking the orange home and having with our 9 shots. And so far, this wasnt a problem until today. The guy who made our shots gave us the orange with a smile but then a girl at the pick up counter (did not see her name) interfered and commented saying "We sell this for a dollar but this time we will give it for free"... It was a turn off and the experience and service that usually is so positive and complimentary turned out to be a downer. We have been a loyal customer since many years and this one experience will not change anything but just wanted to bring this to your notice.

It was an OK experience. I walked in and no one was at the counter. But when they came out, they didn't say hello or acknowledge me much. I said I had a mobile order. They asked my name and just got my drink without saying thanks or anything. I asked for a straw but was ignored.

I enjoyed the service today. It could have been better, but I understand it was really early in the morning. I orderd a juice and an acai bowl. The juice had a very strong ginger flavor. I understand that ginger is strong, but this time it was a little too strong. The bowl was good as always. The speed of service was not too bad. I didn't get greeted as I walked in, but I am assuming it is because they were both busy putting my order together. They did acknowledge me being there and asked if I had a mobile order. The place was clean.

The staff was attentive and kind. Even though I was early for my pick up, it was ready.

Hello, My immunity bowl was supposed come with pitaya, but açaí was used instead. This is not what I paid for, please make the bowl correctly next time. Thanks.

30 minutes late for my pick up order. 15 minutes late the last time.
