I placed an order through the mobile app. I walked in and they told me it'd be a few minutes so I sat down at a table near the counter. After about 15 minutes and seeing newer customers get their food, I asked again about the status of my order. The two people working realized it was given to another customer for pickup - which must have happened while I was sitting there. They did not even acknowledge that I'd been sitting there for so long. They did remake the order (and let me make a change), but still pretty disappointed.
Workers were very friendly and food was delivered with great quality and on time!

I ordered online and had to wait an additional 15 mins. Only one person making drinks, the other washing dishes, cashier should of been helping making drinks since no one was in line to pay
