Nekter is my all time favorite juice bar, I love that I can order online and roughly 10 minutes later my smoothie is ready! Keep doing what your doing!

I ordered a 4-day cleanse through the app a few days ahead of time and called to confirm it was ready before coming to pick it up. When I got there, they didn't have the 4 cleanse bags ready, just the extra juices I ordered to go with it. I let them know and they took me over to the fridge where the cleanse bags are normally displayed, but then the girl only gave me one bag and tried to tell me that that was it for the 4-day cleanse, that it's only one juice per day. I've done these cleanses multiple times so I could tell that she was confused. Not sure if she was new or something.
One of the other employees stepped in and we got it all sorted, but I just thought it was weird that someone working there seemed to have no idea how the cleanses worked. Just wanted to pass this along in case there's a gap in training somewhere.
Ultimately not a huge deal because we got it worked out, but thanks for listening to the feedback.

Pretty good juice/bowl bar, decent selection and wait times are not too bad.
Pretty good experience at Nekter. The juice is incredible, but the acai bowl is fairly standard fair without anything to write home about. It’s good enough, but nothing creative about it. The staff seemed incredibly hurried and being from a small ski town, I struggled to keep up with the speed they seemed to expect from my order. Nonetheless, good products and I’d return for more.
I love this place because the smoothies and juices are wonderful. Very refreshing and have something for everyone. They also do acai bowls which look beautiful and I see people ordering them all the time.
I love this place, they're juice portions can be huge! It can be pricey however you GET THE FRESHEST OF THE FRESH. How can you put a price on that! The dragon fruit bowl is my favorite! Sign me up anyday!! Staff is super friendly and quick to make what you have ordered. You go Nektar you Go!!
We used Nekter to cater an event and couldn't be more pleased! Yuen was great to work with throughout the whole process, and all of our guests loved the juice and acai bowls. Would work with again!
Located right next to the Sprinkles Cupcakes, which I find funny. The service at this Nekter juice bar is wonderful. They are helpful and efficient. The acai bowls are delicious. And the smoothies and juices are healthy and tasty. If you bring in your Nekter (reusable) cup or a similar non-Nekter one, they discount 50 cents.
Also, they have deals on the juice packs from time to time.
Parking is tough because there are so many shops in this center and not enough parking. So you might have to drive around for a minute to find a spot, especially during peak hours.
I really like Nekter's juices. No matter how many times I order them, the taste is great and consistent.
I wish I could say the same for their bowls. Their acai super food bowl was absolutely delicious the first time I tried it. Since then, it's never quite tasted the same. Sometimes I had really fresh fruits on top of my bowl while other times, I could tell the fruits were older.
This last time I went went, my bowl seemed to be smaller than usual. I don't mean the actual bowl it comes in... I meant it was only filled about 2/3 of the way. Not too happy when I'm paying $10 for this bowl. Not only that, but I found a huge triangle of FROZEN acai in my bowl and instead of purple, my acai bowl was GREEN. Probably because they didn't blend the acai well enough, which completely changed the taste of the bowl. I'm so disappointed in Nekter that I'm not so sure I want to return.
My "Greenie" juice tasted like I tripped and fell down in the garden and got a mouthful of grass. Disgusting flavor. Literally eating my $8 would have brought me more pleasure...i had two sips and threw it away. Flat out "Ew"!
I think I came on a bad day, but they were closed at 9 AM even though they typically open at 7 AM. I knocked on the door, and they opened and the first thing the manager says is "My opener didn't come"...so I guess it takes the opener around 2 hours and does the work of 3 people to get the place going...Also I feel like they should've left a note on the outside door because I wasn't the only one with this problem. In addition, a delivery truck person came in and said he tried twice to deliver there this morning which probably messed up his route...when they could've again easily left a note on the outside of the door and a potential time that they'd return. The juice is good, and decently priced. However, because I knocked I felt as if the manager was irritated at me the entire time during the service, so that's the reason for 3 stars instead of 4 or 5.
