Placed an order on their app and waited for it to be made. People arrived after me and were served before me. Turns out the never got my order. Then I couldn't cancel the order on the app.

Nekter is my favorite smoothie place, but I always have a hard time deciding what delicious smoothie to pick! The cashier helped me pick the health nut and I was happily surprised, it was DELICIOUS! All the employees we helpful and cheerful. :)
I was excited to try the place as it is a healthy opionand due to dental work, I can't chew a lot of foods. The first girl obviously didn't know the menu and was not helpful at all. Do I went back to meet my family at the aquarium. I was starving and another lady I saw in aquarium informed me they had parfaits which I saw online.
I went back and the same girl had no clue. So finally another girl stepped in to help. She explained that they did not have the same items and tried to find something I could est. Eventually, I got something. All employees need to know the menu or be more helpful. My excitement quickly changed to disappointment. 😔
