I still haven’t received a refund from an order that was canceled on me on 9/12. I have contacted Nekter through the app and Uber and not received a follow up.

First time trying this out... A bit more expensive than I anticipated, but the juice tasted 10x better than I expected. No complaints on flavor.

Thank you Mr. Wilson. At Nekter, we like to think that we are the premium in the Smoothie, Acai Bowl, and Fresh Juice industry. Kicking it up a notch, by keeping it absolutely 100% vegan, and by not using concentrates, syrups, sweeteners, or any premade product. From the moment you walk in, our hand to yours.

They took a really long time. I had to repeat my order three times to the guy. They didn’t fill my cup up to where it should have been while the person I was with got a full cup. They didn’t know what they were doing. I will never ever go back and I recommend that no one goes there.

We apologize for your experience. With masks and the blenders it is very hard to hear and understand customers when speaking. We are a brand new location and 90% of employees have only worked 1 and 2 days and while learning a brand new job they will make mistakes and we apologize for that. I know we all remember when we had our first jobs of our lives, were 16 and 17 and we were nervous and made mistakes. Our cups do not fill to the very top so there is room given so does not spill over. Sometimes drinks can be filled higher but on 16oz orders they come in 18oz cups so people think they did not get enough some times. We would have explained that if we knew there was an issue. Next time please let us know before you leave the location and tell us if there was a problem and then we can fix the problem. We hope you give the location another chance. Thank you
The juices taste good but I have quality concerns. I saw that they only wash the containers with tap water (no soap), and I am doubtful if they even pre wash the veggies.

Thank you for your concern. Glad drink tasted great. Dishes are cleaned with mixture of soap, water and sanitizer. The fruit and vegetables are properly washed when prepped. Thank you
