I made an order online which included paying more for peanut butter and pineapple. When I picked up my bowl it had neither but i had already left the store so there was nothing I could do about it.

Hello, The customer service portion was great! I was a little Disappointed to see the amount of toppings on the açaí bowls at this location. It appeared to be 1/3 of what other locations use (fresh fruit). I took a photo as well if needed

I have a free bowl due to buying a gift card before Christmas and your app cannot redeem it for me today. so I had to pay … I kept getting an error message that it was unable to process loyalty rewards. Any loyalty rewards.😢

Wow took me 15 mins to get açaí bowl with 3 people there. Not much teamwork in this place…the blenders make soooo much noise. You can’t hear yourself. Owner needs to work on this ..

Plenty of seating and good service, but oddly enough, the only “milk” served in the açaí bowls and smoothies is cashew milk. If you have an allergy or just don’t like cashews, this isn’t the place for you, unfortunately. Otherwise, tasty açaí bowls and lots of smoothie varieties on the menu.

The service was good. No Apple Pay accepted at this location. Asked about peanut butter on the açaí bowl and unfortunately was blended in. Couldn’t really taste it. My daughter wanted a little more on top and I was willing to pay for it but since Apple Pay was not accepter and I didn’t have my physical card I was told no my the employees. I think it could have been handled in a more courteous matter.

I love your Acaci Bowls and being able to order online, it is always ready by the time I get there.

My experience at this Nekter location is consistently good. The staff recognize me, are friendly and the bowls and juices are good.

We love your smoothies and açaí bowls! We'd be there literally everyday though if there was curbside pickup. I have young children, so it is often difficult to get them out of the car and cross that busy intersection with two very young children. If there was a curbside option I would grab smoothies and açaí bowls everyday because it is the only way my kids will eat fruits and veggies right now. I'm just usually deterred by how difficult it is to get in there with young kids.

This time I tried the dragon fruit acai Bowl a little different. Add vanilla chia seeds pudding. I was very good . Thank you for having my bowl done when I got there.

It was great. I downloaded the app, ordered ahead and my order was ready when I arrived. The açaí bowl was put together just the way I requested it. I will be back.

We went in for our free bowl but it was not a full bowl just barely any dragon fruit smoothie in it.

My acai bowls were ready when promised and it was so easy to pick them up and take them to go. They were made exactly as I ordered them. Love Nectar liberty station! Thank you
