The staff are great and the food is usually perfect. This time, however, the person who prepared my daughter’s açai superfood bowl forgot the goji berries and the superfood blend. We had ordered takeout and didn’t see this until we had sat down to eat at home. The other orders that day were prepared appropriately. My daughter was quite disappointed, understandably.

The bowl was good but it took employees 5 minutes to acknowledge me standing at the order pickup location. Paid extra for peanut butter and extra fruit and didn’t get either.

Todays smoothie was terribly blended and watery. A constant when bowls are ordered, the pineapple fruit looks kept over its freshness peak. Todays order was very poorly made.

There were only 2 people working and multiple people were waiting a long time for their orders. They asked what I was waiting for smoothie for friend (Alexa) and bowl for me (Christina). They finally gave me my friends smoothie, and I waited a long time longer. I then went to the register to make sure that they got my order and she looked in the refrigerator and it had already been ready. So I waited and made my friend wait a bunch of extra time for no reason. They seemed very overwhelmed and tons of people were waiting.

Overall, this is my favorite Nekter shop. However, I don't like the change with not providing the full bowl (it doesn't reach the top). Sometimes I see that there is mixture left over in the blender, yet it isn't always put on my bowl. I think that is what happened in this case; however, I ordered online in order to get the free bowl next week so I didn't see it being made. The bowls are delicious so it is wondeful to have a full bowl. I understand not wanting to add extra toppings, but it is a waste not to fill the bowl if it is still in the blender and just requires a little more effort to scoop it out.
