Ordered mango and PB for 2 açaí bowls ordered and did not receive.

Delivery was extremely slow. Received our order and it was completely melted. To spend $35+ for melted açaí is insane. Extremely disappointed.

Two concerns today. My order was supposed to include chopped dates, but there were none. More concerning, though, was that the person making my Acai bowl wiped her nose at least twice on the back of her hand while preparing food. Definitely not ok.

I love this location things are mostly great! The people are very nice! We just sometimes feel that our bowls are not filled up enough based on what they look like in the picture. I do understand that there are some guidelines from the corporate about how much the bowls should be filled and they have adjusted the pictures because previously they were filled all the way to the top in the pictures; we liked it better when the bowls were filled to the top! Overall, it is a great experience!

I’m always greeted with a smile when I come to pick up my online orders! Nahil and his other family members are professional, courteous, and promptly provide me and my colleagues delicious smoothies and bowls! Highly recommend this establishment!!

good they had my açaí bowl ready by the time they said it would be ready and when i got there i just picked it up and was on my way out i didn’t wait whatsoever.

I did not get everything I added for on my smoothie bowl.

It was truly a 40-minute wait for 2 açaí bowls. The store was not obviously busy. The employees seemed to be working hard, but you need to warn people if the wait for a bowl exceeds the wait for 3-course meal. The quality was also low relative to other locations we have visited. Plus, my daughter asked for no granola and there was granola in her bowl. We weren’t going to wait 40 more minutes to get that fixed.

I used the app and it told me my order would be ready in 25 min, I showed up at the store 30 min after I placed my order and it wasn’t ready, yet the store was empty. When I asked the staff about my order they looked confused, as if I was early, idk it was weird. It took the staff 10 min to make my order after I arrived. Now I’m hesitant to order ahead on the app when in a rush knowing it’s a possibility that it won’t be ready when I arrive. On a more positive note, the açaí bowls were fantastic as usual.

We ordered online for pickup, when we walked in we were greeted by two sweet girls! They helped us have an easy and fast pickup! As always our acai bowls were amazing!

The acai bowl was tasteless! I kept adding honey once I was home and that still didn't help. It was basically frozen water. I admittedly goofed when I ordered online. Instead of ordering two different things, I ordered 2 of the same.... again-that's on me. BUT... the girl behind the counter was so snarky about it. I paid to have a third bowl made with what I actually wanted and took the extra home thinking I would have it later. Sadly mine was so yucky, I threw it away. I wish I had something better to say. Sadly, I looked up your ratings online AFTER the fact and saw that you are at the bottom of the list. I hope you use this email and the ratings to improve your products. Thanks.
