Please fix the AC .
It's unacceptable. I have been there for the last 3 weeks and it is still HOT at your store!

For the most part I love everything… obviously some make smoothies better than others but my biggest complaint is that they are always short staffed. There’s been times that I wait 20 minutes for my order.

when i entered the building i was created and didn’t have to wait for my online order. the workers were really nice and looked like a clean establishment

The summer heat always brings in a rush of customers craving something cool and refreshing. There was only one worker handling everything when I walked in to pick up my online order, and while he clearly looked overworked, he did an amazing job keeping things moving. My order came out exactly as requested and looked picture-perfect! He was hustling non-stop and still delivered with a smile. I do remember when there used to be two workers, which seemed to make things run a bit smoother and less stressful. Hopefully management can bring back that extra support during the summer. This hardworking employee definitely deserves it.

I see you guys are not big on customer service. I'm giving you another chance and the kids you have working today was super nice considering he was the only one. The order was on time which was shocking since im always waiting.
