The ball was really not up to your nectar standards. The cocoa whip was frozen and it barely in a corner which it is normally not and it’s across the whole bottom or top. The hardest part about the cocoa whip was it was frozen so it was not easy to even get to. A couple of the berries did not look like they were super fresh either. This is one of my favorite things that I eat from your establishment and it just was OK compared to it normally being an exceptional.

I waited 20 minutes for an on-line order through the app, which turned out to be already prepared, because the employee was all by herself with 8 customers waiting. She was busy making orders with no time to check in with people waiting to order & pick up. It’s the holiday season, increased people out & about $ eating out, she could have used help.

Waiting for my order took a little long but I saw it was because you only had one single person at the location. I didn’t get his name but he was working as fast as he could in a polite manner. Taking in store orders and on line orders. He should have been given more help especially during lunch hours to help. I didn’t mind waiting but it was because I saw how he was being worked
