This is the second time I have come to this location and the customer service was really slow. They only have one person working the whole store and it takes forever to get your order. I had to cancel my order one time because they took so long and I had an appt and when one drink of my 3 was ready it was the wrong order. I went a second time and they have a sign that says if you have a pick up order stand here. My son waited and the one person who was working never went to the counter. My son was waiting for 15 mins and never got helped then I went in waited 10 more mins and he never came to counter. I had to get in line at this point to get his attention so I could grab my order. My waffles I orders were super cold by then and my slushy was melted and it didn’t taste good. They were also out of some of the products that came with my order and didn’t tell me they just made it anyway. The one in Claremont is way better. I will not be returning to this location.

Just drove 10 minutes from my house and arrived at 6:50pm and they said they don’t take orders 10 minutes they close…….unacceptable. I’m sure it’s a small business. I very sale counts. You just lost a potential lifelong customer
Awesome. I ordered in advance but only about 5 minutes yet it was ready when I walked in. A cheerful young man brought my order to me and it was great.
