Your products are delicious and very nutritious, but there are other companies that offer the same type of products (e.g. Robeks). Your employees on this day were not very welcoming or friendly. The restaurant was empty, maybe that's the reason. In this day and age where everyone posts left and right about everything and anything I believe customer service is a priority. Please let your employees know that they need to treat customers that are paying their salary and not as obstacles they need to avoid.
