Nekter Juice Bar - San Dimas

This customer experience was difficult. I ordered 25 minutes ahead of time for a 2:00 PM pickup so that I could make it to my daughter’s school by 2:30 PM. I got to the store at 1:58 PM and there was one employee working behind the counter with 5 customers in line. The poor girl was working as fast as she could and very sweet and apologetic for the delays. I saw three customers walk in behind me, notice the line wasn’t moving, and walked out. I didn’t receive my order until 2:22 PM, making me late to pickup my daughter. I give the employee a 10 out of 10 for handling the stress as good as she did. I give he store manager a 0 out of 10 for failing to staff the store appropriately. This was my first time here. My daughter liked the food, but I’m not sure I’ll be back. Receiving my order on time is important to me.

I’ve visited this location twice. On both occasions I felt bad for the only employee working. It’s a lot for just one employee. The company should consider hiring at least two employees. Waiting time is too long for a juice/smoothie. I’ve waited 20-25 minutes . Other places are a lot faster, in and out. Very quick service

I placed an order for a pickup but had to return 15 minutes later because my order wasn’t ready and there was only ONE employee working. This is the second time this has happened. The girl tried her best to get orders out. Kudos to her!

Only one employee working with over 10 drinks to make ahead of taking my order. I just walked out. Not fair to the employee nor customers. Management needs to wake up.

Great service!

I came in at the time my ordered was supposed to be ready. There were 3 people waiting for theirs. The employee greeted me and continued making smoothies. A gentleman walked in after me. A few moments later, another gentleman walked in. She greeted them both and continued making orders. It’s been 11 mins and my order still isn’t ready. Both gentlemen that walked in left. Two ladies came in waiting for orders as well. This is not the employees fault as she is apparently the only one on the store with about 5 other mobile orders she needs to make.

Always prompt and efficient service at this location.

I’ve been here a few times and have always found a welcoming employee! I’ve also been to 2 other locations and this one is my favorite spot so far. Great customer service and of course, amazing drinks! Love the options and always tastes great. My 6 year old agrees.

I had a wonderful experience today. The gentleman who helped was so kind and friendly!!!! He made me smile!

I love Nekter, your offerings, your ingredients! I’m so thankful for healthy clean options! However this location has consistently been delivering a poor customer experience and extremely long waits. It seems every time I’m met with an extremely long wait for 1 smoothie or acai bowl. There should be more staff if you are consistently this busy and make customers wait 30 mins+. Additionally, the professionalism and friendly nature of the employees is lacking. There is one male worker who has been excellent, personable, friendly, offering a free shot when inconvenienced by a 45 minute wait. Other employees have been less than excellent. Most females are slow, not friendly, barely look at you or talk. It makes you wonder if they will spit in your smoothie they seem so unhappy. I believe the employees could benefit from customer relationship courses to bring your customer experience up. Having said all that though, I will still come here and enjoy your smoothies because they’re always good. I do wish I’d be offered the leftovers more often though, I see waste often when the cup is full they stop and then toss the rest. I’ve only been offered leftovers once.
