Ever since new management took over this location hasn’t been the same. Several times I have ordered along with work partners, and our orders are never ready even when placed online. This location is constantly running out of items. Sadly to say but I will not be returning nor with several co workers to this specific location. It needs to be managed better and more workers to be more efficient at delivering great customer service.

Customer service wasn’t great today,we were not greeted when we came in our helped until we received our order 30 min later.I made an online order which was supposed to be ready in 15 min we ended up waiting for our order 30 min plus. There was only 1 employee and then another came to help. Orders were backed up I say by 10. When we received our order they were apologetic.Since they were rushing to complete orders our 2 bowls were not made up to par like usual.
