I had technical issues this time around. I made a mobile order, but when I arrived at the store, they did not see my order at all. I showed my receipt and they still did not see my order. The employee apologized though and made my order right away.

I always have a great experience with Nekter! Especially this location! The drinks are very consistent and the staff is super knowledgeable so when I want to try something new they always help me decide and guide me through that selection process.

I always have a great experience when I go to Nekter.

It was 15 minutes until closing and my 4 and 6 year old needed to use bathroom. I asked the gal that was working and she preceded to give me the code and half way through giving me the code she turned to her co-worker and said, oh did you clean the bathroom already? He said, yes! She said sorry you can't use it. I said, it's a child he can't hold it. She said yogurt-land has a bathroom. So, first of all I'm a paying customer (who tipped) and second, we can only use the bathroom if it's dirty. Just because you already cleaned it, doesn't mean we can't use it especially a child then direct us to yogurtland. I'm baffled!

I love the flavors offered at Nekter. It is a bit pricey, but I appreciate the freshness.

I always have great customer service with the Rancho Cucamonga location as I order weekly. I was unable to get my complete order today due technical issues with the online ordering.
