There were a couple of people ahead of me in the shop. Some picking up orders and others placing them. The cashier turned his back on a woman to go prepare an order after helping another customer and didn’t even acknowledge the next customer. Just left them standing there after they walked up to the counter. Another person asked the cashier if they (Nekter) have any rewards programs and the cashier kept saying they don’t know what they’re talking about. Overall they look miserable to be there. Now, the food? Good as always but customer service wise I’ve had better experiences here before.

I haven't come to this location in a while because the last few times my order has been incorrect and/or missed and the wait was over ±30 minutes and today was probably one of my best experiences there. I was acknowledged as soon as I got there and helped within a minute or two. This will be my preferred location again -
