I would like to have pleasant customer service. Also, extra cacao nibs were paid for but omitted on each of the 3 separate orders I placed. It would be helpful to have a way to add extra sides, like granola or agave, etc.

It was delicious but not what I ordered. We placed the order on line, picked it up and went home. I ordered the mango açaí bowl, and paid extra for chia seeds. When I got home, I noticed that there was no mango in my bowl and no Chia seeds were added. At that point it was too late to go back to the store to fix it.
