Not good. Bad customer service, store was closed during business hours so I was unable to receive my order, and the location failed to fix my issue by responding to my email and phone call.

The associates need to change their gloves frequently. The will use the same gloves to touch doors, the cash register, and prepare food. They will get mad if you ask them to change their gloves before preparing your food. One person said to me, I just changed them … and I pointed out to him everything he touched and was going to prepare my food. He let another associate finish my order.

I came to nekter at 8:15 pm the guy said they didn’t sell any juices they clean already the juice machine, but they close at 9pm.

For the most part my experiences have been decent. This time, I can tell the young lady who was taking my order looked as if she didn’t want to be there. While I under all days aren’t good days. However, while working I think there should be a level of professionalism. A warm greeting of your customers can go a long way.
