It was a good experience. I wasn't greeted when I came in but I did receive quick service. A warm welcome when I came in would have made the experience better. My order was correct and I was given a departing greeting.

My husband and I are really surprised at how unhappy the workers are here. Like, all of them. Sometimes we come in for a juice, there’s a line out the door, and only one person working and struggling. How is that fair to the employees? We love the food and juices, and go there almost every day (we just moved here), but the way the employees are taken care of concerns us. Please have at least two people working behind the counter and maybe they will smile and have conversations with us as customers. As customers we want to feel welcomed to the community, but it starts with the management of Nekter.

Walked in, nobody at the counter. I said hello like 3 times , looked around and then they popped out. Ordered mobile, one drink was being chilled in the ice the others were sitting in a bag on the counter.

I am satisfied with my purchase but during the pick up process at this store I am always a bit uncomfortable when I go early in the morning as the employee seems to always be alone and in a bad mood. I am not sure what her name is but for example this morning she did greet any customers that walked in and had a very obvious pouty face as if she did not want to be there. Maybe she does not hear when customers walk in as she always has her AirPods in but she won’t even greet when making eye contact or ask if you are there for pick up unless you make sure to get her attention. She can definitely work on her friendliness while being there.
